- Negotiations with lender, on behalf of tenant purchaser of commercial office spaces, relative to SBA and commercial financing of project. Successfully contested original appraisal. Obtained approval of 90% financing.
- Representation of homeowner in litigation against contractor alleging faulty construction.
- Representation of homeowner association in Chicago suburb against developer; obtained substantial judgment based upon fraudulent advertising and faulty construction.
- Counsel and advice to Illinois real estate construction company in matters involving vendor relations, contracts, and disputes.
- Negotiations on behalf of franchise business owner with franchisor regarding extent of franchisee's obligations for upgrade of retail location.
