Our representation includes the negotiating and drafting of Letters of Agreement, Offers to Purchase or Sell, Attorney Modification Letters, and all other documentation needed in such transactions. We are familiar with tax proration mechanisms and utilize these and other customarily negotiated items to the advantage of our clients.We also negotiate commercial lease transactions in Chicago, in Cook County, and in the surrounding counties. We are familiar with common area maintenance and real estate tax issues in such leases and use our knowledge for the benefit of our clients.
We also represent clients involved in litigation on matters related to commercial real estate. These include disputes over construction, title, lease amendment or termination, and code compliance issues.

- Litigation on behalf of real estate owner to clear cloud on title based upon fraudulent deed.
- Claim negotiations on behalf of commercial property owner against title company which failed to identify easement. (Obtained monetary award for diminished value of property)
