Thomas J. Shannon
Thomas J. Shannon is a senior attorney in a practice emphasizing business, real estate, and employment matters.
He has over twenty-five years experience representing clients in negotiations and at trial. He has counseled clients
on partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements, and restrictive covenants; and has represented parties on the purchase
and sale of businesses and related commercial real estate. He has represented numerous clients on matters involving
sexual harassment, discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act, and other employment issues. He is a member of the Federal
Trial Bar. Mr. Shannon has been recognized for his commitment to clients in Leadership and Management Directions, a
publication of the American Bar Association. He has been nominated for the US Small business Administration's Advocate
